CIA Design of Worry Reduction

A stating that no doubt you've heard a good deal running a business, in sports, and human performance generally speaking is managing the controllable. What does that actually mean? Are you catching yourself wanting to control stuff that you ought to just accept? Notice that, and I would change your mind on that.
When you realize how the only thing you have control over will be your decisions, be responsible for that decision-making process. I'm not saying to blame yourself when things prove poorly.
